Withdraw a contract
For eligible distance contracts, consumers generally have 14 days from contract conclusion to withdraw. No reason is required.

If you expressly requested that a paid service begin before the withdrawal period ends, statutory proportionate compensation may be due for services performed before withdrawal. For a paid service, the withdrawal right can expire after the service has been fully performed if the legally required express consent and acknowledgement were given before performance began.
Digital software: for paid digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the withdrawal right can expire when digital delivery begins only if the legally required express consent, acknowledgement and contract confirmation requirements are satisfied.
